Set on 4.071 hectares and within 550m of the Rouse Hill Town Centre, this proposed high-quality residential development aims to provide accessible and affordable living in the Rouse Hill Area. With gardens and landscaping that embraces ‘Country’ and cultural narratives to create a new place to call home in Sydney’s growing northwest suburbs, the development is set to deliver over approximately 700 apartments, across three 7- 8 storey buildings.
ABOUT THE SITE
The site lies within an area identified as a growth centre release area and rezoned in 2011 by the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure for urban development. The rezoning intends to deliver approximately 2,500 new dwellings to accommodate 6,400 new residents. The area is currently undergoing a rapid transformation with the former rural residential, animal and agricultural activities, being replaced by low-medium and high-density residential development.
